Second one to post! Also, proud. So, I've tried doing this before, but I was NEVER able to last 30 seconds. I don't even know if I measured the right amount. I just used the cap, but I'm pretty sure I measured wrong. My tongue was like numb or something after. This is embarrassing. I look like a dork and I think I spelled embarrassing wrong in the video.
